Racial Disparities in Human Capital: Numeracy in South Africa, 1850-1980
Francisco J. Marco-Gracia is an assistant professor at the University of Zaragoza (Spain) and an affiliated researcher at the Instituto Agroalimentario de Aragón (IA”). He was previously a postdoctoral researcher at Stellenbosch University (South Africa). His work focuses on historical demography, social inequality, and human capital in southern Europe and South Africa. He specializes in the analysis of individual-level longitudinal data across centuries.
